Subscription
Activating after you buy
- Open RoZur and go to Plans.
- Paste the licence key from the receipt Gumroad emailed you.
- Press Activate. The plan changes immediately.
If your receipt has no licence key, the same page has a form for the email you paid with plus the Order ID from the receipt. If neither route works, email the receipt to zurualtalt@gmail.com and it will be switched on by hand.
RoZur re-checks the subscription with Gumroad periodically. If Gumroad cannot be reached, nothing is revoked for three days — a dropped connection is not evidence that you stopped paying.

Cancelling
Signing out inside RoZur does not cancel your subscription. RoZur cannot stop a Gumroad charge — only Gumroad can. Cancel there first, or you will keep being billed for something you no longer have.
Cancel from your Gumroad library at any time. Plus or Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops to Free.
Dropping to Free does not delete anything. Your watchlist, playtime history and friends history stay on your machine. Some features stop recording new data — price history, for example — but nothing already saved is removed.
Refunds
Full refund within 7 days, no questions asked. Reply to your Gumroad receipt or email zurualtalt@gmail.com. Refunds are issued through Gumroad, since that is where the payment was taken.
If something is broken, tell us before asking for the refund — most of the time it is a bug that can be fixed the same day.
Payment and your details
Checkout, card details and billing are handled entirely by Gumroad. RoZur never sees your card, and the only thing it stores about your purchase is the licence key you paste in. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
