Common issues and how to fix them.
1. Go to chrome://extensions, find RoZur and click the reload icon.
2. Refresh the Roblox page (Ctrl+R).
3. The chip mounts within 2 seconds in the top-right corner. If still missing, check the browser console (F12) for any "[RoZur]" errors and email us with the message.
That's expected. The Try-on feature only works for items already in your inventory — you can't preview items you haven't bought. Use the "Buy on Roblox" button to purchase first, then come back to equip.
Playtime polls every minute while the browser is open. Make sure you're signed in to Roblox in this browser. The first poll after a game session can take up to 60 seconds to appear. Click the refresh icon on the Top Games widget to force-pull.
The URL must end in .gif and be served over https://. From Pinterest, right-click the GIF → "Copy image address" — that's the right URL. GIFs over 8 MB are blocked to keep the extension fast.
RoZur uses Gumroad for billing. Visit gumroad.com/library, find your RoZur subscription, and click "Cancel". You keep access until the end of your billing period.
