Common questions

The Top Games widget shows "No playtime yet"

Open chrome://extensions → click service worker on RoZur and watch the console. Click Track now in the widget — you should see [RoZur SW] click-tick received. If you see nothing, reload the extension and refresh the Roblox tab.

I bought Plus but it still says "Free"

Open the popup → Settings → paste the license key from your Gumroad receipt → click Activate. The tier syncs in < 2 seconds.

My GIF background isn't loading

Allowed hosts: pinimg.com, giphy.com, tenor.com, imgur.com. Max 8 MB. Some Pinterest URLs need the direct image link (right-click image → "Copy image address"), not the page URL.

The Marketplace inside the Avatar Editor isn't loading items

Make sure you're signed in to roblox.com in the same browser. The extension uses your existing session to call the catalog API — if you're logged out, you'll see "Loading..." forever. Sign in and refresh.
